New Head of Recruitment Appointed

Tintinhat on.  Recent management recruitment has been a very, very welcome revelation.  No idea what's going on, but gotta give credit where it is due, well done, Dejphon.

Cardiff signed McGuiness from Arsenal, possibly through Beadell's contacts.

Taytay is also a dollar billionaire ($1.1Bn net worth) according to Bloomberg. This will help considerably.

I cant see how all of these potentially brilliant appointments can have come from Chansiri - the man who hired Xisco and then thought he had done good work when he sacked him. 

 

The man has lurched from catastrophic mistake to catastrophic mistake for 8 years but then suddenly he seemingly starts getting things right on a consistent basis with the people he hires?

 

Chansiri not being incompetent doesn't track. Something must be going on.

Another excellent addition to the coaching set up at the club.  It's very encouraging how DR has put together his team.  It's also very "un-wednesday" like.

 

If only this had happened 8 years ago with the coaching team and the off field leadership at the club we could be in a different place now.

The difficult part will be finding these freebies, before anyone else notices.

 

Otherwise our wage budget reduces us to only rejects (again)

It seems to be an excellent appointment and another addition just weeks after Mr C said he was putting no more money into the club.
