People are always on the lookout for a job. Look at chris powell for example, was part of Southgates setup and wanted to get back into domestic football. This new head of recruitment seemingly specialises in finding good value youth players with lots of potential, and with Danny we've got a manager who isn't afraid to give youth a chance and has direct experience of taking a team from virtually nothing all the way to the Champions League. We've been saying "why can't we be like <insert side like Brentford>" for years, as have most other clubs up and down the country to be fair. Röhl, his coaching staff, this recruitment fella. All on paper look very solid additions, then he reverts back to type with some outrageously bad decisions and statements.
