Geedee
We will become what we have bought. An organised team that wins by the odd goal or loses by the odd goal. I am confident that Pulls will keep Wednesday up.
mcmigo
We ran and worked but it was a poor performance again by a team who don’t know how to create goal scoring chances from open play. In the second half we were dire on the ball and lacking any imagination
flash
Really organised and disciplined performance. Well drilled and made a good Swansea team look very average whilst missing some key players through injury/suspension. We’d have lost that under Monk - well done lads!
beswetherick
Good to see a manager adapt to different situations in-game rather than just sticking to a Plan A that wasn’t working to begin with. Well-organised, well-drilled, hard-working throughout. Some lovely football in the first half as well. Thought we had a couple of breaks in the second where we could’ve maybe nicked another goal but just lacking that final bit of killer quality. We lost 3-0 to Rotherham less than a month ago and the score flattered us. The performance tonight was a world away from that. edwinowl
Great point against a good side. Very competitive from us. Tackling is a million times better You can see what he’s doing and there is a clear plan. This team in a few months won’t resemble his own. Need height and aggression up front and at the back. Flint will relish it here He’ll bring a big man in for up top someone like Matt Smith even big Dave It won’t be pretty but then we knew that. Positives for me were Patterson, Reach and Odubajo who look different players.

Passing was better, crossing was mainly better, scored from OPEN PLAY!!!! Defended better (apart from their goal when Ayew wasn't closed down) The effort of all the players was there, Bannan never stopped, Reach looked like he had some of his confidence back, Lees and Borner solid, Moses up and down causing problems, Paterson never stopped and was a nuisance for Swansea. Rhodes, although didn't score, did well up top on his own winning throwins etc. I was a lot happier with that performance tonight. Cant really complain at any player. Don't think a corner counts as open play? Worked hard, need a striker and some real pace out wide
Beauchief Owl
Decent performance and a good point. A well taken goal by Reach to score. JVA at fault for letting Ayew have space and get inside to have a shot, a repeat of a similar error in a previous match. Will be very pleased to see Iorfa back and just hope it's soon. Dronfield Blue
Better, much better at times. Second half a bit meh, but we were away at Swansea. Got to be a good result that.
SwellOwl
Happy with the point, everyone would have taken that at the start. We need more quality up field but there is a foundation there that we can build on. Feeling more confident moving forward.

Wildsmith gave Ayew a lot to aim at but not sure he would have been able to save it had he been further across. The error was by Van Aken getting beat all too easily. Bouncing Owl
Tony knows what he’s doing. We looked very well drilled tonight. Before the subs, it was a 5-1-3-1 formation. It was defensive but we closed the spaces down and pressed well. We then asked Reach and Paterson to break with the ball when we retrieved it. It was a shocking piece of defending by Joost and he cost us 2 points. We’d have walked away with all 3 apart from that piece of defending. I liked how Tony took him off on the back of that and we then went 4-5-1. I also liked how he saw that kachunga was terrible up front then he moved him wide right and put Paterson up front. The better of the 2 options although Paterson is better in midfield. The manager knows what he’s doing. It’s clear to see. The guy needs some help in January. We want at least 1 striker, possibly 2, and maybe a winger and left back could be on his radar.
jacko1992
The discipline and organisation shown already is encouraging. Although again let down by JVA. Nowhere near. Get close man.

I initially thought he wasn’t quite in the right position. Seemed to be stationed more towards the other side of the goal to which the ball went in.?That said, JVA didn’t do him any favour and Ayew did produce a bit of magic. Not sure even a perfectly positioned keeper would have saved it.
Yorkowl.74
Good effort tonight we showed fight. Nothing up front though nothing. Westwood? What’s up with him now?? Im a critic of odubajo but he had a good game apart from that clearance. Paterson what a grafter but lacks some quality. Reach found that left foot at last get in UTO. We can build off this. Well happy with a point against Swansea!
Kew Owl
A good result with a number of positives to take from the game. Ayew made a difference in the second half - we don’t have that quality in our starting eleven, let alone on the bench. Happy with a point in the end.
