My best blizzard memory is 6-0 v Swansea.

Including Toshack own goal.

Even by Hillsborough standards it was bleak that day. But the result made it worthwhile.

Stood on the Leppings Lane End that day and what a great view of the Toshack own goal. Also beat Cardiff City 5-2 in the same season.🙂

I remember missing either the 4th or 5th goal, had to turn to face away from the pitch because of the sleet was eating my face.

Can't remember who played up front but it might've been the night match against Oldham when the second half was played in a raging blizzard. Think we won 3-0. I remember having to walk back up to Crookes afterwards in the deep fresh snow afterwards, great fun.

.

Thanks. That's the one.

Brilliant. There’s an actual Met Office weather warning out for tomorrow. People should take extra care. That’s the point of a warning! 🤦‍♂️

Since Michael Fish failed to predict the hurricane it’s safety first. I guarantee it won’t snow tomorrow. I’m going in Speedos, a Hawaiian shirt and sandals

Honolulu Wednesday, where’d you get those eyes 🎵
