Again surely sarcasm? Top bantz from Kirkland. "Will raise the performance of everyone around him" Basically everyone will have to play better in order to cover for him

Its what every pundit, ex player has been saying about the state of affairs at Sheffield Wednesday. Chris Kirkland has been absolutely correct on two occasions. He should advise the chairman in my opinion.

Well the fact there are only 6 teams in the league who have conceded less goals than us and we are the lowest scorers in the entire league I'd say more defensive cover should have been way down our priority list
Bassetts Allsorts
Think we need players like Sam around the club, especially with the mess we currently find ourselves in, but it looks proper amateurish that we've had to resign a player that 6 months ago was considered not be good enough (albeit by a different management team). Yet another perfect example of our well thought out, planned recruitment strategy under 'Chanisir's people'. I bet stuffing man still got a finders fee for this one... We are surely the only team to ever banish a player from the squad twice in three years, release them, and then resign them 6 months later. You’re right too... Hutch may have been a target for a while and we've acted on it now whilst still prioritising the forward department.
