I can't blame Jos for the mistakes of the last couple of seasons, but unless he gets his tactics and team selections sorted very quickly then he's going to have to accept some valid criticism. The writing was on the wall once he started Van Aken, played Hutchinson and Pelupessy in the same midfield and started Forrestieri in a front two.
