I hope most players realise that they are probably in the best job they are ever going to have, its unlikely that it will ever get any better. So for a few years don't take this job for granted. If we stay up it’s probably ok as we are flexible to sign players again on an equal footing and hopefully one or two of the young players will have kicked on. At the same time I am just as sure that alongside the initial One year deals will sit an undertaking to to extend and enhance these deals alongside players own efforts to increase their personal book value.
