From what I heard does his homework very thoroughly on players club and opposition. He rules players very strictly some of the lot we had would not be tolerated. Having said that the likes of Guardiola, Klopp, and Hassenhuttl have strict regimes. Watford have a few players who think they are better than they are and wanted to do own thing. This guy would not tolerate that. He not only looks sinister he is sinister in size standing over 6ft 3in and looks one not to mess with. Deeney has been mentioned in this thread I saw him other day and he is overweight for footballer without a doubt. Think he is best of all foreign managers who have so far been named by quite a long way.
