Owls-Fan
Of course we are all unconvinced by Monk so far, but now he has his own team to work with let’s see what he can do. Now we need to see what they can do in the transfer market with a points deduction and potential financial restrictions

Be interesting to hear what this means for Weaver and Bullen now Weaver is cutting the hedge and Bullen is mowing DCs lawn
Bluesteel
Good news, gives the manager some backing both financially by DC and just in terms of friendly faces. I wonder if Monk had to really push this to presumably pay for them. Some fresh faces, ideas and voices for the squad too which is probably similar to getting a new manager in some ways.
Popular Post A E Neuman NYowl
Not good news for me, I wanted to see Monk and his hopeless management style gone. 10
Five Archers
Happy with that and agree about the siege mentality, if/when we are aloud back in we as fans need to back em to the hilt
striker
Great news, gone into senior backroom positions, seem good football people to have around, moreover a new start, different voices and ideas to support what Monk is trying to achieve. Guest Theboylangers
Big statement of intent from DC, backing Monk to this extent. No choice but to get behind the new management and coaching team and hopefully results will improve along with performances.

McRightSide
In fairness to DC, he always backs his managers. Time for Monk to poo or get off the pot.
matthefish2002
Good news. We couldn't carry on with the Monk not having his own choices in.
IWEDFM
Happy with this Exactly what we need a change. If that means Bullen and Weaver moving on then so be it. Bullen in particular has been here years so is probably the right moment for a change. Feel a bit more confident now Monk has brought his own men in
