My memory is not what it was! Remember the day well though, sunny and warm, with Cardiff fans sat below us. We played another 3 games between clinching promotion against Palace and playing at Cardiff on the final day. Won at Huddersfield, but then a trademark defeat at Shrewsbury and only drawing at home to Man City cost us the title.

Remember the day in Shrewsbury, I think Chelsea won to take the league title, but it did really make any difference Also the defeat at palace when we were singing 'we're all going on a European tour'.…

torres
Brighton away in the play offs for numerous reasons Only a relatively small following due to restrictions but the tension pre match and in that first 20 minutes was palpable-I think being 2 up and dreading the thought of throwing it all away made everyone extra apprehensive The feeling at the end was immense. singing in the stand with the players and staff, then for a good 30-40 minutes under the stands as it finally sunk in! matt68owls
Blackburn away in 1980 is still my all-time favourite away game, not just the result but the atmosphere outside the ground afterwards, never heard so much noise. Shrewsbury away in the early 1980s, bannister scoring in the last couple of minutes, the away end was going barmy.
