Not sure about keeping Monk beyond the end of the season. He doesn't seem to inspire the players or have a style beyond hoof it forward and keep it tight. It’d be far less worrying without the points deduction hovering over us. Mid-table mediocrity could turn into a relegation battle we look ill-prepared for.
