Groundhopping Owl Posted August 17, 2019 Share Posted August 17, 2019 Reminds me of a rather strange evening watching England vs USA at the 2010 World Cup, we went round to my grandad's house to try out his new HD TV. He sat watching the game on his old set which he'd moved to the far corner of the room, while we watched on the ITV HD channel which was about 20 seconds behind - so when Rob Green dropped a ball for the USA goal it took us 20 seconds to work out exactly why he'd let out such an almighty groan, there didn't seem to be anything happening.
