Sheffield Wednesday Chairman to answer questions publically

Recommended Posts

If we fail to get promoted this season, are we going to start selling off our best players and be in the financial poopydoo and will you be asking fans for bigger loans?

Why is our Commercial department such a disaster zone despite employing a specialist in this field who came with a good reputation?

What are your thoughts on the fact that, in our 150th year, we are the only club in the land to not have replica kits available for sale?

Who is responsible for not being able to tell the difference between Fred Spiksley and Terry Curran on an expensive, limited, once in a lifetime piece of art.

Have you considered delegating areas of work to others?

BEAR OR SHARK DEJPHON?

Dear Mr Southport

TUF always strive to use the most environmentally friendly fishing techniques in our supply chains. Whilst we do regrettably  encounter a few occasions of sharks becoming trapped in netting, there have been no reports of such incidents involving bears. I hope this fully answers your query.

Can you confirm:

We are skint?

Can you also comfirm our transfer embargo?

Are we soley reliant on you and up the creek without a paddle?

Do we have no commercial income at all?

Please comfirm is it promotion or bust this season?

Have you spent all the season ticket money?

Have you ever talked to an American 6 months in advance of you producing accounts to confirm we are struggling?

Regards

Good one!!!

My thoughts exactly... he can answer what he feels like answering...

10,000 questions all asking.. "where are the shirts".

Chansiri... "next..... next.... next...."

Opening up another line of communication with the fans, on top of the regular steering group meetings.

There'll be the usual suspects trying to find the negative in this but in fairness to Dejphon Chansiri he’s trying to engage with the fans and is obviously interested in their views and opinions.

Fair play to him, he doesn’t have to do this.

That's the right of anyone. At least he is giving people the opportunity to ask. No thumping of tables and calling people cretins so far. Iirc a certain past chairman at a shareholders meeting refused to answer most of the questions asked.

Sent mine in, basically asking if he's satisfied with the boring defensive football that we endure in 9/10 games whilst paying the highest ticket prices in the league and quoting him - "Carlos fits my philosophy of attacking, aggressive football with entertainment for the fans. We want those fans to be entertained."

i'd like to know if he agrees with me that there should be far greater reductions in season ticket prices for pensioners from next season and if he does will he be implementing them .

Hope your 65th is a good one mate

As part of Sheffield Wednesday’s open door policy, the club are inviting supporters to send in questions publically answered by Dejphon Chansiri.

Dear Mr C,

Who writes your press articles?   Do you want us to send in questions that you've already "publically" answered?

Thanks,

Chris
