Why is our Commercial department such a disaster zone despite employing a specialist in this field who came with a good reputation? What are your thoughts on the fact that, in our 150th year, we are the only club in the land to not have replica kits available for sale? Who is responsible for not being able to tell the difference between Fred Spiksley and Terry Curran on an expensive, limited, once in a lifetime piece of art. There'll be the usual suspects trying to find the negative in this but in fairness to Dejphon Chansiri he’s trying to engage with the fans and is obviously interested in their views and opinions. No thumping of tables and calling people cretins so far. Iirc a certain past chairman at a shareholders meeting refused to answer most of the questions asked.
