Barnsleyowl1996
Not true we’re a lot better under Röhl just can’t deliver when it actually matters , ie finishing chances .
Maddogbob
Its just a very very poorly assembled team of players that just arnt up to it. Season is pretty much a complete write off as things stand.
McRightSide
He’s miles better but the squad is well short Weve got a a keeper who concedes 2 goals a game / 50% of shots on target Athletes with nothing between their ears defending A forward line with less fecundity than a 90 year old stick of celery 2
SwellOwl
The team is just useless, summer dealings sorted that out.

Stan Dupowls
It’s not Danny it’s the squad. We are old, not fit enough and have some really suspect players. keep the faith with this man - if we can get 4 players from his black book in Jan - we might just go in an incredible run from Jan. Watch this space - Danny is the real deal. Gutted but keep the faith. UTO
Nick the Owl
The players are bobbar and so far short of the standard for championship football that the manager at this stage is fairly irrelevant. Complete rebuild needed but with the head honcho in charge of overseeing that we're in for a really dire few years I feel.

Rumble Fish
Is he the manager to get us out of league one? Or will we be looking for another manager like DM, with experience of getting teams promoted from the lower leagues?
Animis
He had such a low benchmark coming in, that 3 points from 6 games and playing marginally better, seems to be deemed a success by some fans. It's difficult to know exactly how good a manager he is, because the players are inadequate for this league. 3
andypandy
I think most people know this squad, no matter who is in charge is just not good enough, even if we have Vasquez in the goal, though performances have improved, we are p!ss poor. For me DR and his team, is more about the future, and a full rebuild.

badger owl
The worry is not this season, that went ages ago, I would be worrying that this set up will fall straight into leaguec2. For me that's how bad this lot is from the top to the bottom,
WayneTheOwl
Bring in the few decent youngsters we have and build around them. Starting now. Bannan, Byers etc are offering nothing. We have no decent striker so let’s get Bailey starting every week and see wha the lad can do. Fed up with this dog dirt of a team.
NeonLeon
Jury’s still out on Röhl for me, it has to be. But he’s trying to rebuild a house with the broken pieces of concrete left over from the unnecessary demolition job Chansiri and Xisco undertook in the summer.

The team may be awful right now for a variety of reasons but you can at least pick round pegs for round holes. I have no idea why some of these players are playing where they are or why they are even in the squad. Röhl was always great on paper and talks a great game, I’m also happy we have him and his team given our position. The fact is this is his first management role where HE is the main man and we may have to face up to the fact that even though he has pedigree and a great attitude, he isn’t actually Klopp. He might not actually be the amazing manager we are willing him to be. Or more likely, he might not be able to be that manager in this putrid ********-soaked Chansiri environment.
ThruThinAndThinner
I think Röhl is an improvement over Disco BUT - even in seasons past when we've not been poo ourselves - teams have often ended their own poo runs when they've played against us. And before today Birmingham were win-less under Rooney and on 1 point from 15, so you could see what happened this afternoon coming a mile off.
areNOTwhatTHEYseem
Results wise, we're not doing a great deal better under Röhl, but performances have been a lot better, for the most part. We're actually competing with teams and trying to create enough chances to win games. Unfortunately, the quality which was required over the summer didn't materialise, and the confidence which remained among the squad was knocked out of them by ten games of defeatist, defensive football under Muñoz. I'm encouraged by a lot of what I've seen under Röhl, but he's got no hope with this squad, has he?
Rhubarb n Custard
Pep would struggle with this squad. I see progress, it may be modest but we have to be realistic. Danny isn't the problem, never was, never will be.
