Chesterfield

Recommended Posts

Shame Chesterfield didn’t make it through, but their form really seemed to have fallen off a cliff since the issue with their previous manager. I think they were expecting more from Paul Cook though.

Hope they can regroup and give it another go next season.

Fingers crossed now for Grimsby to go up.

I can’t see Cook staying there. Aren’t Barnsley interested in him.

He's been a disaster in his past couple of jobs.

And it would be a complete change of policy from the dingles to recent appointments.

Would be an interesting appointment

Didn’t see this game. Did Solihull look good? Result flatter them? Was hoping for a Grimsby v Chesterfield final.

They looked better than Chesterfield that's for sure.

It will be a close game in final, I fancy Grimsby to win it though.

I'm gutted for Chessie and Dave Allen

:duntmatter:

Dave Allen hasn't been involved at Chesterfield for about 3 years

Solihull much the better side once it settled down. The lad Dallas, Sbarra i think he's called and the right winger gave Chez a tough old afternoon. Final should be a good one, 2 attacking sides who don't hold back at all

Probably only be abut 15,000 they at those prices

Jeez, i'm at a loose end this weekend so was thinking of going along, but at those prices i'm not going to bother. Thought it would be around the £25 mark.

Mental £50 per ticket for a non league game.
