The Wilderless Years

Bet the players loved hearing that.

I’m assuming that somewhere between the Prince and Slav the message has got lost

To one refreshing the squad is a firesale of expensive overpaid flops, to the other is cold hard cash to spend straight away

Rambo has gone to pay the bills…

Bet the current squad were thrilled to see that. Hes effectively said that the existing players arent good enough and he cant do anything with them. I need some cash to spend on better players. These are useless

If the stories are true that they dont have any money, this will end very badly and he will walk

Lets hope so

Saw a tweet this morning saying of the last 24 games Berge has played they’ve lost 22 and drawn 2. If that’s true surely it’s some sort of record 😂 honours board?

Just looked this up and it's true. What a crazy stat. Must be some sort of record.

He played 15 times last season and won 0 games. Not been part of a winning league game since July 2020.

Yes but according to dem blavdes he’s worth:

£60m

£50m

£30m

lets just get our money back on him

£15m

£10m

£5m

lets just get his wages off the books

£4m

£3m

surely Arsenal will take him now

£2m

oh he’s f@cking dog pooh, just f@ck off out of the club.

Repeat and rinse for five touches.

And don’t even get them started on the heroes Flecky, Norwoody, mcpubbie, the moose, even poor old didzy ( what sort of name is that?) is getting dogs abuse now.

The current squad are the problem so the manager is right to call it out

Wilders legacy...

Why did the current manager take it on then? If he was expecting big changes and the board have not sanctioned it then maybe it is the board that is the problem.

Gareth Bale didn’t win for ages when he joined Spurs.

Not comparing Berge to Bale in ability! Just the stats.

That’s just the money he’s given him to get them both a coffee as they sit down and discuss transfers

It’s even less than that

I’ve said for yonks Berge is a big part of their problem

Although a talented player he removes intensity from their game, that intensity is what basically made them successful

He is the poster child for their decline. Plucky underdogs think they’ve made the big time and start making unneeded glamour signings due to thinking they are established amongst the elite.

A cautionary tale that has existed for decades and yet the dummies still fell into the trap
