Craig enock
We can now all agree that defensively we are a solid unit .. I think IF monk can get fessi playing anywhere near his best we could be a real threat .... we haven't got much creativity, forestieri could unlock tight games ... I remember monk playing jota behind a big no9 at brum and it seemed to work ... who knows ,what you lot think
CadTheOwl
I don't think he fits in our system long term, however I would happily place him in front of Reach and Murphy for the opposing winger slot on current form. Really don't rate Murphy and think Reach needs a break.
Ellis Rimmer
We need someone up there with Fletcher and forestieri sounds about right to me, if he can get back to his best
HIGHERSTATE
Promise him a trip to Smyths toys and he might be interested
Guest wilyfox
Last chance saloon for Forestieri. We need a new striker in January, regardless, but we also need Forestieri to help Fletcher out between now and then.
Birley Owl 1867
If he can be arsed. He hasn't been arsed now since 2017.

S36 OWL
I just don't see where he fits into our system.no way would i drop Harris for him, and Reach creates more chances. Fessi is a squad player for me , an impact player from the bench.
areNOTwhatTHEYseem
It feels like we've been waiting for Forestieri to return to his best for an eternity now. Maybe he will, and that would be wonderful. I'm not holding my breath, though.

modboy
Seems troubled if you listen to Hutch's comments on the extended Wigan highlights. As he says though he does prefer 442 so fingers crossed
SiJ
I can't really be putting too much faith in someone who, for whatever reason, has been pretty much a non-entity for two seasons now. No disputing his talent, but I'll not be holding my breath.

gurujuan
He is the only player we have who can play between the lines Without him, or someone like him, our attacking options are very basic Yes there are a few reservations about how he might fit into our current set up, but we’d have similar problems with any skilful ball player If we want to be successful, at some point we have to incorporate players who are comfortable on the ball
modboy
Disillusioned then. Hindsight we should have cashed in but if we can get him going again we'll sneak into the playoffs..
