We can still sign players efl just have to sign them off to make sure we don't go over the limits for this year. Agree, the soft embargo is as a result of non submission of accounts, not due to the content of the accounts, although I do acknowledge the accounts needs to be resolved and submitted. As you implied, I think it unlikely we would agree deals without reasonable certainty they would be ratified, therefore not expecting any sanction when the accounts are eventually submitted. Also, since DC took over, we've never been particularly quick in confirming new signings. Dont think there will be any urgency until nearer the start of pre season, when I suspect we'll see a flurry of activity....as will be the case with most clubs, not just us.
