Adem Poric
Glenn Roeder This guy is really disliked by many a football fan , His love of loan players and not caring what fans think for their favourite players and he was always sacked from clubs not a person you would want to employe if it was your own company More and more I'm thinking the bad advice Dejphon has had over ticket pricing must be coming from his advisor Glen Roeder We all know As a businessman selling a fan based product like football ,you require as many people in the stands and around the club as possible And in return a winning team with good facilities to get the fans already coming to introduce more people to the experience So why push the prices to such a price that common sense says will damper peoples view of the new regime in the club? The feel good factor sharply dropped after the announcement of the pricing structure , the view of Sheffield Wednesday dropped significantly by away supporters also Over the pricing of the tickets , i believe you still can't buy an alcoholic drink on the away end at ours . The decision to bring in CC and his set up was from Glenn again , who else could advise this? another guy who has been sacked from all the clubs he has worked for Because he is also a great talker but can not get the team to play his design of football So we have in the past given new managers and chairmans a good deal of time to settle in at Sheffield Wednesday as much as we have not liked a situation its normally given a long period of time before people are showing their discontent This year we have had 3 things unpopular brought to the club , Glenn Roeder ,CC and ticket prices So how long before the gamble for bringing in the three things pays off and the fans are in a good feeling to go matches or how many games of just ok performance before the fans are booing the Manager the team the prices and Roeder ? or do we boo the Chairman to get the change done? I remember Villa fans covering the shirt sponsors a few years ago , i think knowing Thai culture if things where bad if we did the same he might actually start to run the club With out people such as Eroeder I really hope this gamble/experiment pays off as i think by bonfire night if we are not top 4 fans will be very unhappy , the mentality is we pay for Ferrari we want to see the performance of a Ferrari and not a Ford Escort This is against the good brought to the club like Pitch with its collar and cuffs ( blue edging and recaro dug out seats ) a new scoreboard and the distracting digital advertisement boards new tv on the concourse always handy to watch the match live I really hope we are going to storm the league and will never not support the club and hope This time CC and Eroeder have got a plan WAWAW I look forward to your next piece of literary genius

Corneliusreeve
Well then I'm wrong but its not just about ticket prices I'm posting about a few things , But for my thinking I'm still saying he has his hand in this as DC advisor On how to get a return on the investment , I can accept to be wrong , and to be re educated on this subject I am not confident anybody knows the truth also, this is my idea if you have proof i am not correct then please post it or post your ideas why this has happened And i give it whilst November before this site is awash with posts attacking everything that moves from the stewards all the way to the Chairman The only way DC will get a return on his investment is to get us to the PL. Lincs Owl
You are right that ticket prices are ridiculously high. I'll probably watch my local clubs hull and scunny more than Wednesday this season. I posted in a different thread that we could be averaging 15,000 this season and got ridiculed for it. Last season we only averaged 21k with all the ticket offers and crowds were dipping alarmingly towards season end when we had nothing to play for. But blaming Roeder without evidence is out of order. He was brought in to head football matters, not commercial matters.

888
markx666 really ! Brilliant how anybody who has anything negative about a person on here is given threats of violence (internet warrior style ) or is a pig fan Many a two faced arse licking posters who are like sheep , a massive grown when we appointed Roeder was given by some of the posters on here slaxxing me off Same posters growning and grumbling about ticket prices Same posters moaning about CC getting signed up and grumbling the SG went Same posters i dare say sit in the pub talking about how they will not go if we are on a losing streak So the reaction is simple i am talking bxxxxks about Roeder you all think he is great and has nothing to do with any of the problems that are going to come to the team and the club the honeymoon is truly over and because of the pricing to attend a match, we want to be watching first class instant success football The Chairman is the one to sanctions any decision and must stand by this , the point you all missed and nobody bothered to raise The Chairman decision is finale he is the leader and owner of the club he had the opportunity to say no So when the team is playing not so good on your all on here moaning and calling people pig fans and internet threats are being banded around Have to remember its the Chairmans fault I hop like we all hope as i have not seen people say they believe we will finish 1st in the league that we do well but my money aint on wednesday with the set up we have got in place , If anybody can say our pre-season is irrelevant to the score its about seeing the players performance Then your wrong its an excuse you think boxers lose when preparing to fight for a belt ? Winning is from the outset Players on the wages they get should be adapting a lot faster than the players we have We won't get of to a winning start on the games i have seen , we will hit the panic button and bring in loan players to try and get on a winning streak, and if we are on a losing streak they will sack CC ,then i can see Roeder as the interim Manager so keep your vile threats and abusive responses as i know you will all be on the teams back ,CC,Roeder ,DC back and arguing like mad on this site For me it will pass and and i hope i am wrong Edited July 30, 2015 by
