Its going to be an expensive time for DC

Can only go two ways from here.

1) chansiri listens to Röhl, backs him improving infrastructure and team and whichever division we are in we build something good binder Röhl.

2) chansiri doesn't listen refuses the investment required and Röhl walks and protest return but this time with much more widespread and emphatic backing from fan base.

Whatever money DC has at his disposal I hope he lets Danny decide how it's spent. No more Urby Emanuelsons or Jeff Hendricks. If DC's spend

is what he claims it is, and that money is at DR's disposal then I'd really like to see what he can do with it.

“It [relegation] is not in my mind right now, but even if you go down, it could be a chance to bring good things together and make a good run, then, when you get promoted [to the Championship], you want to do something like Ipswich [who are targeting automatic promotion to the Premier League] has done,” he says.

“We need to discuss, to understand the strategy [for next season].”

Hopefully Chansiri feels the same and is working on that long-term plan.

Its a shame that last sentence isn’t what he said

R U a dinosaur or just an attention-seeker pretending to be one ?   Or maybe it's ironic humour ?

Is it worth the huge expense of undersoil heating at a training ground we need to move away from?

Also if it takes away from money that can be spent on players then in the short term its doubly less sensible

The other option is to cover the pitches in the cold weather - its more labour intensive and would require a few groundstaff to do it and maybe we don't have enough of those?

Paying for undersoil heating in L1 clearly won’t happen. I could see both parties being apart on things but his ability to move to another club will depend on the ££ another club are willing to pay

Sheffield United do

How many times have they been in the Premiership since we were?  Despite how much we laugh at their recruitment and financial shenanigans, they spent a substantial amount on their infrastructure. Most of the players they have produced in the last 25 years would have walked into our team.

The training pitch is rubbish, but to be fair the main pitch is also rubbish- it's not that long ago we had a game postponed because we didn't have the heating working and people still defended chansiri after that.

I'm afraid it'll take more than yet another manager leaving to convince a majority of the happy clappers who blindly support chansiri FC.

3) Chansiri promises Röhl what he asks for then in six months downgrades what he actually gives him to a fisher price gym set and a couple of loans from the non league

With Wednesday’s large fanbase, the potential is there, but Röhl needs assurances that he will be backed, and that the infrastructure will be improved.

During the winter Röhl had to cancel some training sessions because Wednesday’s training ground does not have undersoil heating.
