  1. 1. Chansiri's moral choice - what would you do?

    • Refund fans in full before signing new players -- honour existing contracts before taking on new ones

    • Get new players in before refunding fans - we need them and I can wait
      36
    • Only sign players if a clear transparent programme for refunding all monies to all fans by April is published and regularly updated

We all know that given our losses Chansiri funds the club out of his own pocket, we also know thousands of us are owed money in refunds, whilst the squad desperately needs investment in new players.

One can argue there's a moral choice - spend money refunding fans or spend money on new players.

If it was your money what would you do?

He spends nothing and we get relegated he will be £7m a season worst off just in tv money. Ticket prices will have to be reduced for 3rd division football too.

DC though will do option 4, barely pay any fans back, sign no players that we need, sign no contracts of existing players and hope the CO-Vid restriction end before the end of the season. When he can then get fans to buy next year's tickets.

Make good my obligations before spending money on owt else. Reputation is everything in business.

Yes, couldn’t agree more - however, I think, to a certain extent, that probably went out of the window with the recent publicity about players and staff not being paid on time.

whatever he does he'll be damned ........he must rue the day when who ever said to him "sheffield wednesday are up for sale ,you fancy buying it ?"........

Well he is the owner, chairman, CEO, Director of Football, HR of Sheffield Wednesday, the Board, of course he's to blame for the shambles.

These are his choices, it's his watch.  His current choice is to ******** off season ticket holders with a deliberately slow method of refunds.  That's a choice, one that he's ultimately in control of.   It can be different, it doesn't have to be this way.  He chose to ******** off box holders, he chose to sponsor shirts himself rather than have businesses do it, he chose to plaster his name all over the ground, he chose to go to a backstreet lender to buy the stadium for him from us.

He might rue the day, but he could have said no.  He chose this.  He has choices by birth that we can only dream of.  To some people, Owls, Sheffielders, the money is desperately important and not really a choice about losing it.

It's clear to anyone that Chansiri doesn't know anything about business, doesn't know the value of money, and doesn't really care much about the lower orders.  I also think he's being mugged off, while mugging us off at the same time.

Refunding customers money for a product not received is not a choice, it's the law.

He wants charging for false advertising, continue to pay high prices for quality players, attacking football and to be challenging for promotion, we haven't seen any of that for a few years now.
