That said, unless there has been a new development, I'm curious why people would suddenly put enough money on Cook to make him the favourite again after a week in which his odds have steadily dropped and almost all the speculation in that time has made him look ever less likely to be a serious candidate at this point. 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
