Nuhiu picked above Winnall

Recommended Posts

Yes and apart from that wanting new contract run of form the years before that he was hopeless also, just a purple patch that will never appear again at this level

As I said, he’s contributed more than Winnall.

In the odd minutes Winnall has held ball up and had a decent first touch, that’s more than nuhiu has contributed full stop

He offers something different what like? Not jumping for headers, never winning a header, ball bounces off him doesn’t even hold it up, doesn’t score, must I go on

He's very good at defensive headers.

No idea, I'd love Winnall to have a chance.

I’d love to see Steve Bruce given a chance, why not give it a try?  lol

purely because in theory he offers something different i.e tall and *should* be able to win most of the long balls. In reality, he's shocking. The number of balls up to him towards the end that he didn't even jump for was criminal.

He just looks lost, back end of last season apart he has been awful.

i have never seen someone so tall actually look so small when he goes for the ball, im sure he forgets he should jump and actually ducks when the ball is in the air.

Sorry , I have defended him over the years but my god if we want to do better next season he can’t be anywhere near our squad let alone bench or 1st team.

He wasn't garbage at the end of last season.

I know, this season, he hasn't been good enough. But how long was he on today?  Less than 10 minutes.

But he was before that for 4

5 years and has been after that.

6 months reward for 5. 5 years of crap ain't good enough.

Because Winnall is a lousy targetman.

You blaming Nuhiu’s 4 minutes for our lack of goals?

No what he’s saying is that big Dave should be long gone. Half a season in 6 and he got an extra 2 years he’s quite possibly the worst centre forward I’ve ever seen pull on the shirt and yes that includes Colin West

What if he started midweek then has an ordinary start do we expect to get threads about why we dropped Fletch?

its because he prefers to fight with the defender than focus on the ball. That's why half the time he concedes a free kick. Just let the defender foul you and focus on the ball, the ref will be more willing to give you something then.

He needs to watch a few Crouch videos.

Thing is though, how much did we pay for him?

I can't see him being one of our top earners either.

I will always factor in the cost to benefit ratio.

On that point, Nuhiu is the least of our worries.
