Could be, although I'm not sure why Gray would be there if that were the case. I think there are a few clues this week that this is a done deal and we're probably tring to keep it quiet for 2 reasons- 1, so that prices of targets are not inflated during the window and 2, probably the old ratification chestnut. Biggs' 'story' that any takeover would need to be lightning fast to benefit us in the window only stacks up if talks began when the story broke. Negotiations have probably been ongoing for weeks if not longer. Hopefully the Thai's are here to put the finishing touches to things this weekend and begin making their plans for the short term future.
