Sorry, I don’t know how to post a link, but there’s a big article in The Times today - “Inside story of a chaotic promotion” which is an interesting read.

 
Basically, it says that, unless the planned takeover goes ahead - which seems unlikely - there is little expectation of a competitive transfer or playing budget next season and a dozen first team players are out of contract this summer.

Im not so confident. They seem to have fallen on their feet with the manager, they could find a way to squirm their way out again

People on this site have written them off too many times in recent years so Id be reluctant to do it just yet.

Just imagine how the mess had they not gone up.

Its just incredible how many clubs have taken the gamble and its paid off for them, yet it never does for us and we ultimately pay the price.

He's just been on. He says he's put 40 million into the club. Our chairman has put 10 times more than that into Wednesday and look where we are.

I live in hope that while we have another promotion push next season in division 3 and win lots of games that the pigs are getting trounced every week 

Not many sheffield doubles this season, hopefully loads next.
