Mystic Neg
True to the half time music 'And if you close your eyes, does it almost feel like you've been here before?' How am I gonna be an optimist about this?'

It would make sense to appoint someone like Cook. However, DC rarely does anything that makes sense and it's more likely to be a Zola or Poyet journeyman type or a leftfield appointment. The Night-Owl
Carlos' former assistant Bruno Lage's available after a spell at Benfica, would be an intriguing appointment, if he fancied a return? If not, could possibly see DC going back in for someone like Mario Silva? Hopefully not the likes of Poyet, Zola or Sven.

Owls-Fan
Bookies favourite Poyet is not actually a bad manager, he got Brighton going from league 1 (champions) and lost in a championship playoff semi final. Then kept Sunderland in the PL when they looked goners. Was sacked when they were 1 point out the relegation zone in the next season. Career has become a bit nomadic but had a relative decent record at Bordeaux in his last job. If he can work under Chansiri and whoever else, then it wouldn’t be as bad a choice as the British names that get mentioned Edited December 31, 2020 by Owls-Fan

Owls-Fan
Joe Crann on twitter Led to believe that Thorsten Fink, who I’m told is on #SWFC’s radar, turned away advances from Schalke in Germany because he wants to manage in England. 2
0114
You’d have to think that the 5 favourites on the betting are so random that it’s going to be one of them.
