The Humble Club - Abhorrence Of Arabia

They're in a very tricky position now, aren't they?

If they stick with Wilder much longer and things continue as they are, it's a tacit acceptance that they're going back down, isn't it?

That may be acceptable to some United fans, but I doubt all of them will be so accepting of the situation and will want the club to show a bit more ambition.

On the other hand, if they sack him, then that's a massive call after what he's done there. They'd have to make damn sure the next man has a proven pedigree in such situations, but are there many out there who'd jump at the chance to join United right now?

Things I took from today's game:

1 - Pigs look alright til it matters, sign of a team that go down

2- most of the pigs best 'chances' are actually offside so gives an illusion they are more dangerous than they actually are

3 - apparently the pigs are the only team in the history of any sport to have any injuries to starting players the way sky went on about it

4- Wilders a ********.

The injury thing really is annoying.

Leicester have been inundated with problems, they’re still cracking on with it.

Liverpool are decimated.

Palace have 8 out.

Brighton 8.

Newcastle 7.

Villa 7.

The pigs are 2nd bottom of the injury table. The have a massive 3 injuries.

Can't wait for Wilder to state these are league 1 players and to get something they have to give it their all, completely ignoring the fact he's spent £100 million quid lol

They will become a victim of their own humble deludedness - Their ambitions need not stretch further than 4th bottom. It's difficult to see Wilder leaving but if they are still in touch come the January window as an owner i'm not sure i'd trust him with another X millions and come out the other end with David McGoldrick still playing up top.

Ok so if they do suddenly think Wilder isn't the humble hero to lead them away from danger what do they do? Benitez currently being linked with Derby. Although Rafa will want the big dollar to take them on. Is there anyone else out there?

Must win game for them at West Brom now. If they have 2 points or less on the board from the first 30 then it’s going to be a big task to turn it around?

Scoring goals has been a problem for them for some time but they’re now conceding goals which they didn’t last season. Paying £18m for a keeper that got relegated last season was just bizarre.

He looked a broken man after the goal thought he was going to burst into tears.

Pearson wouldn't touch them with a bargepole...would he?
