It's his fault we're in this mess!

Without a doubt

But right now he's pumping £millions a month into the club with zero return just to cover our payroll of £4m a month. Without him we would be bust

Everyone start preparing for League 1 next season because that is where we will be. Total shambles.

problem league 1 wont start without fans . clubs will go to the wall . and unless chansiri pays the remaining players staff and costs we will almost certainly go bust.

Remember when Chansiri first came to the club he told us he wanted us to see our 150th year in the Premier League.

Then that changed over time to his saying he spent money to make sure we survived in the Championship.

I wonder what will be the next line....

”it was always my intent to make sure that if we were relegated, we would have a fighting chance of coming straight back up”!? :ghoulguy:

The Thais are big on respect, and once DC no longer feels he is getting that from the fans, he jmay ust pull out.
If that is the case, we had better hope that there is someone willing to pay the price, because if not this could very soon turn into a Coventry situation. Let’s not forget he owns the ground

Calm down will yer  ,None of you got a clue what will happen ,Its all guessing 12 point deduction ,Where has that come from ? Guilty ,When did this verdict come from ?  I will listen to what the tribunal decides .

Doesn’t give you too much confidence though, when they allow themselves to be bullied into bringing the hearing forward

Nothing like a good old bit of race generalisation followed by emotional blackmail and fearmongering

Brought it forward due to complaints from other clubs? Makes you laugh.

That's the EFL for you, have to be seen to be doing something.

I still cant identify what rule we've broken. The only way we are not compliant and therefore guilty is if the EFL  disregard the stadium sale, which they agreed to.

EFL may not like the transaction details, timing or payment terms, but they are compliant with UK law and HMRC.

What did we do wrong? The club sought permission from EFL for stadium sale, which was agreed. The club then concluded the transaction in a lawful manner, signed off by auditors, valuers and HMRC, and let's also not forget initially ratified by EFL who lifted the embargo in place at the time.

Firstly, the EFL have the hearing in July and now they bring it forward after being pressure from other championship clubs.

EFL are not fit for purpose.

No idea why our fans keep crying about this

We would have agreed to this move

We will be ready for this new date

And we will no doubt want to get this over and done with ASAP so it would have been preferred to bring it forward
