Sign of a manager on his way out, alienating players and now bullsh*tting fans

He certainly doesn't come across as someone who believes he's here for the long haul. Unfortunately even if he went tomorrow our predicament with EFL would seriously affect the calibre of replacement we might recruit. TBF we need to see how the new faces integrate over the next few games.

Rowett's football absolutely dire and we'd have the same cognoscenti moaning about that.

Whereas we are being treated to a feast of football!

I'd say Millwall at least looked like they had a more effective game plan than us last weekend.

What would you say...given his situation?

He says it was crap...he gets

"Well you picked the side"

He says it was decent

"barnsley are second from bottom FFS!"

The faults not Monks...whether he is good enough or not...

The faults Chansiris..Good intentions...no f.ookin' idea

Where do we go from here...?

No doubt the fans will now go towards such as Hutchinson and Westwood...two pros, past their sell by date..but seemingly still holding some sort of sway...Them or Monk?

like it was with Luhukay?

We will row on here about who's fault it is...while missing the bloody major point...

NONE OF THE F>OOKERS ARE GOOD ENOUGH!!!

From Delphjon down to Dawson...its a bloody shambles

Sometimes you wish for a Carlos type interview.

Was waiting for him to say in a Jos L style accent, “ When we beata the Leeds, I am the King. Now I am no longer the King”? His tenure seems to be treading the same sad path as so many of our recent managers. Disarray and disharmony in the squad and inept performances on the pitch. Has had additions and has sidelined certain players so you can hardly say he hasn’t had the time and opportunity to change things as he wishes.

Brought those front players in, broke up our most effective CB partnership and gave them the midfield.

I’ll keep saying it.. Lees is a significant problem. Should not be on the pitch until he resolved his lack of confidence.. his unnerving performances unsettle the whole team

Monk is a journeyman manager and no signs of that stopping right now.

Unfortunately that seems to be the case now. We need a manager with a big personality or big balls to lead this great club. Those were last seen on Big Ron

Dear Gary...here’s a way out ...don’t play Bannan and Pellupessy together in central midfield. For the time being shove a couple of stronger, physical muscle men in there and shore up defence and midfield. It’s ok ..no thanks required. It’s my pleasure. Then you can give decent interviews without looking like a man wondering where the door out of the Ponty End is ... dun’t exist anymore Gary. Much like your understanding of how to create a decent team.
