Rowett's football absolutely dire and we'd have the same cognoscenti moaning about that.

What a fine word.

What does it mean?

Monk's post match interviews used to be spot on but this was pure garbage.

Complete flannel and he clearly doesn't even believe it himself given his lack of eye contact and shifty body language.

He's stuck up for his players, and then thrown them to the wolves, and now he's spouting platitudes to the press. It seems like the beginning of the end to me, he looks like he cannot be arsed, much like his team today.

Composure though....

Threat....

He must have watched a different game to me. But to be fair, that's what all managers say after a disappointing result.

he just repeats himself - he looks weary and doesn't look like he's enjoying it.

Our players have worn him down already. I expect he'll walk away before too much longer, but say exactly why he did.

It'll be along the lines of.." I tried to get my ideas across but there were too many who didn't want to listen and didn't have the desire to change their ways for the team. I can't work with that. Something is rotten at the heart of SWFC and until they sort that out I fink it will be hard for any manager that comes here... Now get out of my f#£,king way before I run you over"

Thought when first come he made a difference. Gave players belief.

His interviews always repeat repeat repeat.

Last few interviews sounds like ran out of ideas with these players.

No way can he stick up for Dawson. He dropped Westwood for less

swfc are a poisoned chalice for any manager

Westwood dropped himself. "Don't fancy it today guv, my shoulder is wobbling a bit...and it's cold, and a bit wet...wreaks havoc on my arthritis and it's nearly Christmas"

did he mention the word "composure" at all?lol

Battle, composure, fret, battle, composure, fret... Etc etc... Same as last week. He decides on 3 key words to use before the interview and just fills 3.5 mins with the same poo . Zzzzz

Awful interview after another awful performance. He really has to go. Just not sure who we replace him with though. Need someone who can inspire and motivate the players and bring back some entertaining football.

Some are saying give him 2 or 3 transfer windows and the judge him.

Thats all well and good if you are seeing signs of improvement or even a plan that the manager is trying to implement, but at the moment we are seeing none of this, we are seeing the same pattern each game that's not working.

Very few managers join a club and have the players that are the exact fit for their system but they earn the right to change things by showing that they have tactical nouse and are moving the club in the right direction. ( Think Ron Atkinson when we were relegated no discontent among fans as we could see what he was doing)

Said before that it is criminal that Monk has no backroom staff but I am sure he took the job under those conditions so has to carry the can.

In the past when interviewed you could see inside he was spitting feathers but was keeping his anger under control, the last few  interviews he looks a defeated man and is looking to shift the blame.

why was Monk staring into the middle distance over to the left when the interviewer was standing one foot to his right ?

Rumor has it that the interviewer had eaten a garlic vindaloo at Cudworth Curry house pre match.

I had genuine hope for him when he came in but I'm fast starting to feel he isn't up to the job.

Please come back Steve Bruce.

He isn't coming back. It's a shame he went but that's in the past now and we can't change it. Deal with it and move on

Monk is the manager. Is he good enough? I've no idea and until he's had a chance to build his own team we won't know. Bruce said he would need several windows to sort out the problems at the club, why do you expect Monk to do it any quicker?

Keeping changing the manager time and time again isn't the answer. We need to build properly.
