Black Secret
understand how a team can go from such a high to a low in just a week. The confidence and belief they must have had from beating a top of the table Leeds Utd (at the time) in the manner we did makes no sense to see that capitulation today.. As a bit of statistician I also cannot recall even Wednesday or many other teams for that matter achieving this rather forgettable stat.
steelcityowlsfan
They thought they’d climbed the mountain. Truth is they are still on the piste or taking the piste. I’m not sure which.

Bouncing Owl
It was a truly pathetic performance. You wonder whether the players were out on the lash last night. It was completely shambolic.

Pastor Kidneys
We had a good second half at Leeds ... The first 45 was dreadful and we never went near their goal ... Let's not overplay it. We've had a good 45 minutes in the last 5 league games!

Stoop
My guess is that they thought they just had to turn up today and get the points The hard fact is that this side has let us down many times before and it’s no surprise when they serve up rubbish like today 1
doubleo
Winnal on his own upfront, our only playmaker almost playing behind centre halves, with the onus on us at home to attack might have something to do with it.
Harrysgame
Think not having an attack must have been a downer for the players. Not one of them tried today. Just slow and lacking effort. Too many players just looked lost, Bannon decided that his best position was in defence, Dawson just does not control his area too weak. Could go on. Cannot believe we lost 5 0 at home to them, not knocking Blackburn but we gifted the game. Thinking that is a once in every 10 yrs performance. Norwich beat Man City earlier this season who were considered invincible and had won almost every game since last January. Then in their next home game they lost 5-1 to Aston Villa. SiJ
Tbf, they've been pulling this kind of crap for a few years now. Even under Carlos, we'd follow a great performance/result with an absolutely woeful one a week later. Tis in their DNA. Admittedly, it is usually a miserable 1-0 loss, as opposed to a 5-0 humiliation. At least they mixed it up today.

Yeah, its annoying - but not unique to us recently. Isn't this where the "after the lord mayor's show..." comes from
