Should have implemented a salary cap and more robust revenue sharing.

I would honestly just start with a players cap first. Cap squads to a max of 30 first team players, and the rest to u20s. Clubs like Chelsea have friggin' 50 first team players on the books, and at least half of those never even see the first team; they just keep getting loaned out 5-6 times and get released after they fail to pull up trees and ruin their development at a young age. I mean, look at Michael Hector.

When clubs like Chelsea and Man City can't keep hoarding players so others just below them can have them then English player development will improve and top clubs will need to spend their money wisely. That doesn't prevent top clubs from paying their stars 400k a week or anything, but they can't have an extra 20 players at 50k-100k and keep them out of the hands of clubs like West Ham etc.

James has something about him.

Think they are pretty mediocre all over the pitch.

Goalkeeper has been poor for 12 months now.

Not overly convinced by a CB pairing of Maguire and Lindeloff and what on earth is Ashley Young still doing playing/being captain?

Pogba plays for himself, not the team. Lingaard has been crap for ages.

The balance up top is wrong.

They look just as poor as they did last season tbh.

Laporte could be out for a while and with the loss of Kompany it leaves them a bit short at centre half.

Also Leicester have a decent chance of finishing top 4 I reckon. Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea & Man U all gone backwards and Leicester are full of quality and players on the rise.

Man City and Liverpool are in a different level to the rest of the top flight. There's not much between the rest. Half of them could challenge for European places whilst the rest are merely making up the numbers.

Looks like Everton are picking up form and finally found goals in their team before they play us. WTF:

Shocking defending from Wolves today. Granted Everton were the better side but the winning goal was such a basic error.

Arsenal are garbage.  Jumped up bourgeoisie club.

Ain't they both? Along with Chelsea; the two Manchester and Merseyside clubs. All of whom were more or less the greedy elite clubs that threatened a break away from the old Football League to an European Super League. That brought about the formation of the Premier League and Champions League, and Sky money. All the top elite clubs are as shady and unlikable as each other to me, personally.
