Very sad news

He was never shy about telling it how it was

Had a couple of 'ding dongs' on Owlstalk with him and I'd normally come off second best because he had a great deal of knowledge.

He was never abusive because he just didn't need to be

RIP wolfmanjack :(

Sadly not.

Think there was Batigol and someone else who's name escapes me.

I think he was called Kev in real life?

Bugger i "forgot" about Batigol - He'd transitioned to IRL/FB Friend for me...

:-(

I am right down now...

Perhaps we should have an "in-memoriam" section somewhere?

I think this is a pretty good idea

I don't wish to offend anyone, or sound morbid, but I'd like to see a photo of any poster we have lost.

All I know of Wolfman Jack, is the username, I may have spoken to him at a game and will never know

Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.

Just wanted to pass on the very sad news I learned today that a good friend of mine and long-term regular poster on Owlstalk Wolfmanjack sadly passed away this morning.

I'd known Jeremy for sometime having worked with him for around 8 years. He was kind, generous, and extremely funny and witty and he would often make me laugh, especially during the frequent banter we had with fellow Owls, Blades, Millers and Tykes at work. He was also a passionate Wednesday fan who would often tell me about one of his all time favourite players, Bronco Layne.

I'll miss my friend, our constant Wednesday related texts and coming onto Owlstalk and having a good laugh at his posts.

Rest in Peace Jeremy, aka Wolfmanjack.

Saddened to hear this news. I didn't know him, but it's odd how you feel you 'know' someone just from their online persona, username and avatar. Will miss him around here.

Rest in Peace Wolfmanjack.
