I can't see us contributing massively towards his wages as I would assume reading are happy having him away from the club full stop...if he plays to his potential we have a decent match winning player on our hands. If it goes the other way and he starts disrupting things then I have no doubt that Gray will hang him out to dry, without a second chance as he isn't our player!!

I think he will be a player like Sibon, he has talent, but can be a bit lazy, now and then he will be sensational. He will Los be incredibly frustrating. I saw him a coupe of times on the telly with Everton, I think he is worth a punt.

If Gray can keep this boys head right and an arm around his shoulder when required we could have a hell of a player.

On the other hand he could be a right nut jack and needs a boot up his arse.

If he failed at Everton and Reading and he fails here then he's going to end up playing in some pub league next time. Hopefully that should incentivise him to change.
