The 24-year-old was linked with a move to Portman Road in the summer but stayed with Posh and has been a regular fixture in League One this term – featuring 19 times for the play-off chasers. He also said he thinks we'll go up with Ipswich so that's jinxed us. Blackpool are reportedly after one of our centre backs but as neither of the Blackpool fans at Bloomfield Road, when I was circuit training last night, can tell me who, I can't tell you. Centre half - hopefully someone who can come in and have the same impact as Storey did last year. Wide player - Winger with a bit of pace who can play the wing back role if needed. If you had a young winger at your club, and was looking to loan him out, would you send him here after the collection we have had, not played or played out of position. Moore really needs a strategy this window. I’m not sure what the strategy was in the Summer - scattergun at best. Some fans lauded him buying for plans B, C and D. Trouble is he doesn’t know what his Plan A is this season. He should. It’s obvious. He absolutely should avoid wingers like the plague. He has 3 in Johnson, Wilks and Mighten yet only plays one…..at WB or FB. If bringing a winger on occasionally is Plan C that’s great, but dont waste our precious funds on an army of them. Don’t FFS buy a ‘forward’. They never work for us. Buy a flippin proper CF and play two of them all season.
