Sack Darren Moore tomorrow

I’m backing Moore.

For those who want him gone, who would you replace him with?

I’d stick with him too but it’s not for the fans to come up with a name. That calls for astute talent spotting from the professionals. 😂

Which Barnsley fan would have come up with their bloke?

You need to keep changing the manager until something clicks, why would you stick with the same manager who is going nowhere? Watching the team under Monk was torture, pulis was worse and Moore is a little better. After watching all of Monks games, I am pretty certain we were going nowhere. Even if he had kept us up we would still be garbage next season. If Moore fails to impress, try someone else.

How many managers do you need to get the message it's nothing that can be sorted out by a quick fix.

Basing sacking DM on Derby is ridiculous. Rhodes limped off the pitch for a start. Also DM has been seriously ill for most of his tenure so far.

We all know that the squad needs a total rebuild. This is not going to happen overnight. You going to need to be patient. If DM is planning long term his signings will be inexperienced, young and are probably going to need a season to gel.

The alternative is to sign older players that will be to old in 3 seasons if we did manage back to back promotion which would just send us back down to where we are again. The spine of the team needs to be consistent. If DM can find the magical balance between a youthful spine with the odd experienced players in important positions then perhaps we could get up a league quicker.

With so much of the squad going to be different players I don't see DM having any choice but to start from scratch right now. Which means we need to be prepared for lots of changes, and some hit and miss players and hopefully some gems.

Do you think man utd would be anywhere near the team they are now with that attitude. Has your hire and fire method worked well for any other team. How's it working for us so far. Even the best management has taken time to get results. Alex Ferguson, arsene wenger spring to mind. DM is inheriting a poor unbalanced squad that most players are now out of contract. Such dramatic change in a short period of time is going to mean results are probably going to get worse before they get better. Sacking the manager before he can implement the squad he wants is crazy and we will never achieve anything with everyone who tries to manage swfc.

Understand what people are saying about Moore's tactics, the forest game really annoyed the hell out of me....however you just have to give him a chance.  We have already wasted so much time with mismanagement, no direction, poor results etc for the last 4 years why are people so scared to not give him a chance for half a season in league 1?

Ultimately a manager should be judged by the players he brings in and the subsequent results, full stop.

It is quite clear Moore was getting desperate with this squad of players and you can't get your ideas across with a mentally weak and unbalanced squad, in fact it is impossible.

Give him 20 games in league 1 with a new squad, if not in the top 6 then he has to go.

Pelupessy on the pitch for 93 minutes

You absolute utter shambles DM

Tactically useless

Start again with someone new

That’s quite odd as Joey won the most tackles and balls in midfield

His decision alone to start dunkley was ridiculous

But taking Rhodes off for Kachunga

Really?

His time here has been awful

Can anyone say we've looked good under him ?

Yes the players are rubbish but they are a hell lot better than he will be signing next season

And his motivation skills are shocking

stood there like a absolute plum

Get someone in whose actually achieved one little thing

Absolutely gutted

You'd have to question any manager leaving a club in a reasonable position to come to this car crash.

His tactics got us the highest number of goals we've had in months

They also got us the highest number of goals conceded, too.

Not that that's a great surprise with the squad at his disposal, but if he's going to be a success here then he'll need to find a way of balancing his attacking tendencies with a more robust backline.

Fingers crossed.

Darren Moore and his team need time. We can't be changing managers again. The guy has only just got here, inherited a squad of serial failures and has spent most of his battle with a personal health battle. What were people expecting?

Get well Darren, see what he can do over the summer and he gets judged next season

It worked pretty well for the pigs. Ferguson and Wenger could go out and buy all the best players and no other team could compete. It's fine margins in today's game. If the players like a manager, it can click and your off on a journey. I'm 100% certain that you could have given Monk 10 years and we would still be awful.

Him and his team are lower league amateurs.

And Tony Pulis and his team were higher league professionals

Moore has to be given the tools to at least get a fair chance of doing the job

He walked into a dressing room where between the squad not getting paid, majority being out of contract and generally not giving a throw

Or a midfield that can tackle and run.
