good luck to the lad he'll probably earn enough to get himself a trendy apartment in a good part of glasgow a nice motor thrown in  and as many wee lassies as he cares to cater for ........what 20 year old would turn that down .

Says fans like this every time a player leaves

One after the other after the other after the other after the other after the other after the other after the other

Yeah they've all made it big time!! Our academy is poo! We are that used to poo players coming through that when then have a average one we think he's the dogs! The academy should be sacked off! It's useless pretty much like the products it produces!

I've got mates who were pro footballers who now have kids hitting 10-15 years  years of age and not one of them wants their lads at Wednesday even though two of them are Wednesday fans!

What on earth are we looking to do legally?

He has agreed to sign for a *foreign* club on a pre-contractual basis as he is entitled to do so.

What is there to kick off about?

Chansiri doing a great job of making us a footballing pariah. No one will want to deal with us eventually. Get into public, unnecessary spats with a club the size of Celtic?

What a complete moron.

Ffs the guy ain't that good!

I'd bet he'd be a lot better if he was at a club with a better academy. Not many 19 year olds can step up the demands of Championship football. The lad's got talent.

If an English club can't go after him it seems a bit wrong that a Scottish club can. Maybe if we take action something will be done about that in future.

That's the rules though.

Celtic have done nothing wrong.

On what basis do we have a case?

Would you say he's stepped up to the demands of Championship football? Not convinced on that! The whole team can't cope and he certainly hasn't stood out!

We won't be playing in the Championship soon.

I really wouldn't play him in the 1st team now, why should he take the place of somebody that wants to be here and wants to play for the club.

He can go back to the the U23's for the rest of the season for me.

Mardy ar5e.

"We are currently investigating this matter and will consider if there are any further steps available to protect the club’s interest."

There are

Make the club a place where players want to play, and at the same time make contract offers that they want to sign before any other clubs do

This is true and I was derided for sharing information regarding his contract offer from Wednesday..Frankly, they offered peanuts.

This came from a close friend of his father.

The person who told me had no reason to lie.

Quite right we are making a stand against this. It’s criminal that a Scottish team can poach a player we have put 11 years of effort in to for next to nothing.

We should receive fair recompense, as if he signed for a PL team and the rules should be changed to reflect the uniqueness of the UK.

Aye, and get Celtic in the FA Cup too while you're at it.
