No big issues. Just one of those questions that pops in the mind.

When was the last time we appointed a manager who was already in work?

Wasn’t Chris Turner in a job at Hartlepool when we got him?

Chansiri knows if he leaves it as late as possible the new man won’t have time to tell him he needs new players in the transfer window. Cook should have been given the job by now, foreign coach that Paxo wants imo is what will happen.

Cook is waiting. I’ve been told he’s frustrated by the lack of progress.

Global pandemic and a squad and club ravaged by COVID-19 to such a degree that the training ground is shut and we had to send a random youth coach to manage us last weekend.

maybe Paul cook should realise there are bigger and more important things going on at the club than pandering to  the unemployed former manager of Accrington.

If we end up offering the job to someone we’ve spoken too 2-3 weeks after we’ve spoken to them, would be no surprise if they turned it down.

Hardly a good look for the club. Can’t help but feel that’s how we ended up with Monk.

I don't know why someone would turn the job down because of that.

That's how job interviews work, interview prospective candidates, put top 3 or 4 on a shortlist, discuss shortlist prospects and re-interview until final selection is made.

You just know what is going to happen, Cardiff sack Neil Harris and cook goes there within a week whilst we start from scratch.

Think with all this dithering about our chairman would fit in well with UK government.

Also as a side note listened to Peterborough chairman's (very good) podcast today and he was asked about thoughts on SWFC, basically re pulis debacle said we should have been aware it may happen due to pulis' history with other clubs, also said whoever our "advisors" are should be shot - hard to disagree lol

Because it’s a club in crisis and the owner isn’t moving with any conviction. He said himself he wanted to sack Pulis 3 weeks earlier than he did so that puts him at the start of December to start sounding out possible candidates.

Everytime we lose a manager it seems like the day they leave is the day we start looking. It’s absolutely killing us and why we ended up with someone like Monk who was out of work from the day Bruce left, but appointed months later.

Its p*as poor and makes the club look an even more unorganised mess.
