Football is better more skilful and faster, but I do get fed up of all the non footballing rules. Seems more press attention is given to the business/money side of it and it makes for depressing reading. But years ago many British owners seend to do it for the prestige and the local connections they could make. I guess what I really hate is the social media side of it which gives instant reactions instead of a more considered reaction.
