Yellowbelly
As above. Excellent career up until the Man Utd job (subsequently proved to be a poisoned chalice anyway) & was making inroads at West Ham until the Davids panicked & went for a “bigger” name. Plays good football, organises a side & is used to working on a shoestring as demonstrated at Everton. The man needs to rebuild his career & we need to rebuild this club.

Owlstastic
Nah, after all these foreign managers we need someone who can speak English.

Pick a European country Pick Second tier Pick a team who once played in the early stages of the European cup in the 70’s who’s assistant manager fancies a challenge in England.
airborne_rat_of_s6
End up with some cheap obscure foreign manager who no one has heard of but DC has been advised is great.
Bouncing Owl
I’d take Moyes and he’s the type of Manager that we need right now. However, I think we are in a perilous position and any manager with any stock won’t come. We wouldn’t be able to afford him as well. His last job was West Ham. Sometimes, I think debating our next Manager is pointless anyway as Chansiri will just bring someone in from the continent that we’ve never heard of. However, the more I think about it, I'd like Meggo to return. He'd wheel and deal, galvanise the club, bring his passion for the club and would keep us up. Get him in DC. (He won't). striker
Not a huge fan, but irrespective of that is in a completely different financial league to what we can afford (or should or say be allowed to spend my EFL).
WalthamOwl
I like him. Did a great job at PNE and Everton. Often see him in the local when I am visiting the in-laws. Always comes across as a top bloke and always has time for people.
Mr Farrell
I'll say this. If the Chairman brings in another unemployed unknown Doyen pocket filler, all hell will break loose.
109Waddle
Paul Hurst? Would be a massive risk and not one we could afford to lose. His heart would be in it and we should be able to afford him. Edited December 2, 2018 by 109Waddle

The Dukeries Owl
He nearly became our manager many years ago but Sir Alex told him we were a basket case and he ended up at Everton. Nothing much changes then!
