MartinOwlMan
Three points in a difficult away game. And we had to beat the referee as well as their team. Great game plan by Jos. Worked brilliantly.
Lord Snooty
Bit dull first half. But done the business at a place we don't travel well to. Well done boys.
Mr. Chow
wow good when they brought ff on thats pretty much the sort of football we should be aiming to play.
Mike Hunt
Took a few yellows for the team today , learnt from the WBA game . Brilliant second half performance after flooding them out first half
daleblue
It wasn't till FF came on did we look like getting owt from the game, WHY start so defensively?

Extremely negative and we had their poor finishing to thank for not being 2-0 down inside half an hour.
Bouncing Owl
Great win and I’m made up. But, I’m certainly not going to get carried away after watching that first half performance.
Justbeanz
A big up for the fans that travelled down n all. Atmosphere sounds poor on red button but could always hear Owls fans singing.
Owl999
They dug in for the result which was good to see but the original team selection and formation was dire , we only looked good after the substitutions giving the team the balance and creativity it needed . Quist
I like many was surprised at line up but we won so no complaints. We have some very decent players and when they get some confidence we could do well. The embargo was bound to put a cloud over club and now in top 6 hope players can start to believe in themselves. Joao did enough to suggest he should start does not hold ball up as well as Fletcher or Nuhiu but definitely more of a goal threat and think will benefit from Onomah being in team. Dawson grew in confidence as game went on and all team seem keen to show they would take one for team with about 4/5 yellow cards. The ref was definitely a homer gave us nothing all game and was convinced he would give them a penalty. Team spirit looks really good.

FreshOwl
Credit Jos, he saw Bristol were there for the taking early in the second half and quickly brought Fernando on, he’s been known to wait too long to change games so credit where it’s due

I'm buzzing about the result, but this set up is not sustainable imo. When we set up negatively we STILL can't keep clean sheets. For me we're a much better side when we're positive and take the game to the opposition.

If you have an agenda and won't change their perceptions of Jos then it does People don't like how he looks, or acts in technical area. And won't get over him playing no strikers at Millwall. Plus he is foreign so people only want British managers Edited October 7, 2018 by Belfast Owl

That's ok in theory but we were SO lucky not to be 2-0 down before half-time.
