Westwood refused to play for the U23's on his comeback from injury and has refused to play for them this season, or go on the bench for the first team.

That's why he has been "frozen out".

I imagine the club haven't made all this public as to avoid it reducing the chance of a club coming in for him. I'm sure this will all come out when he leaves.

No don’t tell us that, the club are vile and disgusting remember, get with the program!

Well  the club have been quite good at hiding/keeping us in the dark quite a lot so far, and tbf managing to push a club hero who absolutely loved our club away whilst taking his son was some job, I wouldn’t have thought it possible but we managed it.

The club have just offered up yet another fans meeting on Friday night ... this so close to the last fans forum , with communication there damned if they do and damned if they don’t !

Not about to go getting into the George Hirst debate, because it’s been done to death but David Hirst is still a club hero and he still loves the club , aint been pushed away anywhere

jos explained why he isn't in the team on the radio after the hull game … . …...he may have been lying and if he was he's hardly likely to come out now and tell a different reason so we either have to believe him or make up scenario's that suit what we want to believe . ….whether we know what's happened or not makes no difference to the fact that he's not going to play .

This may or not be true but we don't know the circumstances do we?

Im a big fan of Westwood but fans shouldn't jump on the band wagon of bashing the club without knowing whats gone on.

Exactly, but many will because they love bashing the club, whether they deserve it or not.

As usual people are jumping to conclusions. None of us know why. There may or may not be a very good reason why this has happened. Great reason to keep bleating though.

Correct. None of us know what's gone on behind the scenes, so some of the language being used is inappropriate.

You know, it wasn't so long ago that people were complaining about a 'holiday camp' atmosphere under Carlos. I'm not saying there has been any breach of discipline on Westie's part, but if there has then Jos has a reputation as a disciplinarian......

None of this makes any sense.. he’s not being sold and he’s still our best keeper whether you think Dawson/wildsmith are good or not

Nothing the club does makes any sense right now.we are a rudderless ship.

Good reason ? Why say fans are “ bleating “ How many clubs don’t play their best players . You are happy with the way our great club is run then .

IF all of this is true, he's never going to play for us again, so why turn down any offer? Wages off the books, strengthen where we need it and give us a fighting chance of survival and maybe more. Stick your frickin pride and do the sensible thing. We lost out on how much over Hirst and now we're going to continue to pay decent wages for someone who'll never pay? How many walk ups will it cost to keep him on his contract? You may well think we're getting shafted by buying clubs as they know out predicament, but we're royally shafting ourselves if we don't make the sensible, long term decision this time around. LEARN THE LESSONS DC.
