Yes it looks like Henry Cheng who’s trying to buy Wigan. His personal wealth is about 1.4 billion dollars.  Makes sense someone that rich would want to buy a rugby town club and not a proper one

Birmingham were given the green light to add five players,with no change of ownership or investors,despite their ffp/ps rule breaks,but still face punishment,i wouldn't be so quick to judge the "nobody who buys us can invest in players for at least 2 years" line just yet.

I think change over ownership gives you leeway. I think. 

 

But I really think we are at the straw grasping stage. Almost like a crack addict looking for and easy fix.
