scram
Crushing blow for the lad just taking his fledgling steps in our first team Wishing him a speedy and full recovery
DJMortimer
The incident looked so harmless, it's surprising it has resulted in something so severe. Not sure I can recall seeing anything quite like that before. All the best to the young fella.
trevdi9
hope it's a bit of concussion and nothing like a crushed cheekbone or jaw break , wishing the youngster a full and speedy recovery
Costello 77
It was the combined speed of the two players .. from what I can see it was a glancing blow from the right heel of the Millwall player... complete rotten luck. Although I've always thought the blade type stud suspect....it looked a freak injury. FFS.
s6 owl
Best wishes to JT let’s just hope that there isn’t any long term damage and that he he will be back in the team sooner rather than later. What a horrible season this is.

HirstWhoScoredIt
Freaky injury for a player that’s not done much wrong until now. He’ll learn from that though. You can’t make two abysmal errors like that in 5 seconds of professional sport and expect there not to be repercussions. He got double whammy, a goal and an injury. It really was terrible defending and he needs to do better if he’s to survive the ruthless world of football at this level.

darra
Just seen a tweet from Rob Staton saying it's concussion and bruising nothing too serious. Sounds like he's been a lucky lad. Edited February 21, 2018 by darra
