Guest wilyfox
We can't foresee how things will pan out for Jos, but DC certainly earns praise from me for recognising the need for a manager like Luhukay.
alanharper
I wonder what punishment they get. Probably a Chinese burn.

WalthamOwl
Reading about all this new installed discipline makes me very happy. Exactly how it should be imo.

You only realise how truly bad he was when you get someone in who is actually professional. No doubt you'll be hounding the new guy once he's lost a couple. fred mciver
For balance, compliments to DC on both appointment of Jos - looks really, really good - and for letting get on with the job. Also, new signing strategy of good , hungry young prospects that will hopefully have big future value. Oranjeboom.

matthefish2002
Always like my managers to be the Sergeant Major types. Like to know if we have had a crap first half while I am going for a jimmy riddle the paint is coming off the walls in the dressing room and cup and saucers flying everywhere. Wish this new bloke was in charge when Forestieri went AWOL, feet would have touched the ground never mind giving him a pay rise.
owlZfan84
"Maybe we got a little bit too relaxed and thought we could just carry on the same and reach the play-offs again" I bet they got away with bloody murder under CC.

If fans were to blame for CC getting the sack and team underperforming then well done to each and everyone of you for getting us into the play offs last two seasons. 0114
Great to hear from Reach. Even the players clearly feel there is a lack of discipline. No one in any job wouldn’t suffer a consequence for lateness, so why should they. Liking Jos so far. Getting them fit and fighting all we ask. Halifax Owls
We're still in a hole but we've stopped digging at least. Really looking forward to coming down for the match tomorrow, seeing how we set up and go about trying to win the match. In the space of 3 weeks we've seen * New manager (all the signs point towards a very shrewd appointment) * New CEO * An excellent away point against United considering * 3 clean sheets * Youth being given a chance * Into the 4th round of the FA Cup * A new central midfielder signing * A fans forum with the Chairmen * Excellent pricing for FA Cup matches * Double training sessions * Players turning up on time and having meals together (heaven forbid) Yes lets not get carried away but its been good to see some positives rather than all fur lined coat and no knickers. I'm sure Mr C is fairly happy with his decision so far.

HarryPlopper
Things like this are positive. Rules same for everyone. Eating together, imposing a standard of clothing, asking that first teamers out of the side attend each game etc. The only players who would not see this as positive are the ones you as a new manager would probably like to worm out in the early stages anyway.
