Time and time again we work it into a good area only to send in a pathetic delivery. The number of opportunities to go forward or pick a pass we waste is scandalous We are a very poor side put in the best two crosses of the game in the second half, but hey lets judge a guy on past performances cos its easy to do. Groundhopping Owl
He’s a good player who has improved in his time with us. He did well today, bombed forward and made good runs, his crossing was sometimes good and sometimes off but I’d rather he tried things that sometimes don’t come off than play it safe all the time like half the rest of the team. chrisf
Have to say, if Jack Hunt plays every week like he did today I'll be very happy. Was superb.

Things aint right on or off the pitch, but wont help if we slag people off based on prejudice not facts. I've been to every game for 2 years and 90% of games for 20. Hunts crossing is at the very very very best hit and miss Work rate outstanding - final ball not good enough in my opinion for the positions his hard work gets him in

Hack-Abusi
Hunt had been one of our most consistent performers since January. Yes his final ball might not be the best at times but we should not be relying on him to provide the cutting edge in to the box. For me that's an issue with this tactic of having the full back providing the width instead of a wide man .. At most the very least of our problems

Don't agree with much of what you post but this is 100% bang on the money. Jack Hunt was outstanding today, he was asked to do the job of a winger and a full back. I flipping' give in if people are criticising that performance. The lad gave everything today and was summed up by saving a certain goal when he made the run across the pitch to stop a 5 v 2 with that brilliant tackle, he also made plenty of forward runs with decent end product. Maybe if he could just concentrate on being a right back instead of trying to do Wallace's job an'all then people would realise that he is a decent player for this level. Wake up, Jack Hunt is far from the problem, a glaring flipping' lack of a winger in front of him is.

He's right up there with Hooper and Bannan for Player of the Season so far - and certainly most improved. cant disagree with you, he just needs someone younger and fitter in front of him on wing ,poor old Wallace father time has caught up with him. Indoor Owl
I'm anxious to see a more capable replacement for Hunt brought in, but the idea that Palmer is anywhere near his level is laughable

gableratchet
What pees me off most of the time is when Wallace drifts inside to centre midfield and we lose any width that we may have had and it just leaves Hunt to play as both defender and winger. Thought Hunt had a great game today and the criticism of him is a bit ott.
