Jack Hunt at the final whistle

Recommended Posts

From what I could make out someone from in the stand was having a go and Hunt was telling him to come to the front and say it to his face. The guy was making his way to the front but by then an official ushered Hunt away. The fans that were at the front were telling him to ignore him etc.

Hunt is just not good enough.

Yeah is is committed and yeah he runs his nuts off but he isn't good enough.

It's been obvious all along but he is one of Carlos' undroppables.

That’ll be because he’s twice the player Palmer is.

Hunt's game this season has improved massively.

And I've lost count the number of times I've slated him since we first signed him.

He keeps starting at the moment because his performances have improved; the last two seasons regularly saw Palmer come in for him when this wasn't the case.

I got the same impression from the kop looking at what was going on.

For a player who probably see's more of the ball apart from Bannan his final ball is woeful .

Not scored in 3 seasons for us and his record elsewhere suggests he probably won't

2009–2010  Grays Athletic (loan) 4 (0)
2010–2011  Chesterfield (loan) 20 (0)
2013–2016 Crystal Palace 0 (0)

The way we play means hunt is the main supplier.

As a main supplier he is absolute wan.k

Not a chance.

Palmers distribution is twice as good as Hunt's.

Hunt played well today. But his best isn't good enough and this system is far too reliant on him.

If we are gonna play like this we need a full back with end product and he has zilch.

Our fans legitimately venting their displeasure and the players ( poor lambs ) having been molly coddled all their careers, unable to take the truth.

Sadly a lot of our fans who have the loudest voices are also the biggest morons.

It's a concern to think that Hunt is our main supplier - with that I agree. Also he still has games where his distribution isn't good enough. Today wasn't one of them though.

As for Palmer - are you serious? His distribution is consistently abysmal. He played well when he came on against Leeds, mind, but his distribution has been my biggest gripe with Palmer for four or five seasons now.

Our fans abusing players again and crying when they get some back no doubt.

That's exactly what happened!! Bully big balls was shouting abuse at the players as the walked off. Hunt invited him to a duel! Said fan went quiet.
