Fulham won't rest players

Totally this.

We should not make any changes beyond giving a start to two or three players we would want to have on the bench for the playoffs.

If true, this is the man's ego and inexperience talking.

CC could play a 2nd string with physical tactics causing a few key injuries. Fulham could beat us and allow us to finish 4rd or 5th. Then we play hoods or Reading.

Brighton understand Play Off injuries. We all saw that happened at S6 last season.

Even if we were to hammer Fulham at the weekend. It doesn't mean we'd beat them  in the semis. If anything it might even make them wise up.

Best to completely separate the two. Play a decent side and try and get the win and 3rd place, but make sure the main men are rested.

Both are maybes. I would love to hammer Fulham but it's a case of which is the biggest risk to us & our play off chances? Why take a risk when you don't need to?

As for POTG fans... the atmosphere should be enough & if one game is what they will base their decision on regarding attending again then that's pretty poor in itself.

I also think you're doing a discredit to those players who could be playing by suggesting it is onfield suicide. You'd still have one of the best striker partnerships outside the premiership, a Premiership & FA cup winning winger, a forward/winger who was 3rd top scorer in Europe only 2 seasons ago, a midfielder who has won promotion to the premiership twice. Then the defence has players who have played a good amount of games in this league in the past 2 seasons. Not to mention an England U21 goalkeeper. Some championship sides would love to be able to put out a team like that.

Still wouldn't change a winning team that's won six on the bounce no matter what you say.

Momentum momentum momentum.

This.

He will want to beat us to try and get a mental advantage. He knows the media are living them,  they will want to try and push a fear of Fulham onto the other party off teams

Consistency is key.  We have a team of professional footballers who should be able to handle playing week in week out.

If a player is genuinely injured fair enough but otherwise get them all playing like is a proper game and not a 'dead rubber'.

Gotta show these Cockney twats we mean business come play off time.

Consistency is key but we have the massive advantage in a very large experienced squad. CC will use this to our advantage. Fear no one our time has arrived.

100% make 11 changes and kick them to death

Adopt the same tactics Revie did against cloughs Derby before their big European game. But with our second team against their first.

Give Fulham something to think about, to me start Rhodes and Nuhiu up top which might actually work.   Stick either Buckley or Mcmanaman on from the start and tell them to have a free reign.    Stick Semedo on from the off and tell him he's captain for the day.

However i'd keep much the rest the same.   Just enough to keep them guessing, and keep us strong because the players coming in should have enough desire to do well.

He will rest some key players.

They can't finish any higher than 6th and it makes no sense risking injury to his key players.

I'm sure we will make 5,6 changes too.
