The squad have shown some real character and spirit to turn that mauling at Stevange, losing at HT time today and the controversial nature of their first goal around to get a win. Megson losing the dressing room??? flip OFF!! Well done Wednesday. Damn right. Some fans have got a nerve accusing the players and manager of being quitters and losers when they themselves throw the towel in so readily. Imagine if some of these clowns were on the pitch? That Stevenage result would be repeated every other week. It was absolutely vital that we responded the right way to the midweek humiliation to start believing in ourselves again. Although there are worrying similarities between Irvine and Megson, this is the main reason I'm still hopeful the ultimate results will be different.
