Emerson Thome Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 Without Bannan and Poveda today was always going to be a grind (so baffling to drop Gassama too I felt, out only other good creative player). We got a goal against the run of play and should have held on. Feels a bit like the Bristol City draw last time we were relegated, that also felt like a defeat. However, part of his development as a coach is making mistakes. So I don’t think there’s fault in picking at those mistakes as a fanbase. Especially as Röhl has mostly acknowledged those errors himself. The last 3 results haven’t been good enough, buts it’s been more a case of under achievement than a shambolic run.
